These draft terms describe the Family Archive service offered by Andrii Meshcheriakov. They require final legal review before App Store submission.
Who may use Family Archive
You must be at least 13 years old and able to enter into these terms under the law that applies to you. Family Archive is not offered in the Kids category.
Your family archive
You remain responsible for the photos, recordings, stories, invitations, and permissions you add or grant. Only add content you are allowed to use and respect the privacy and rights of people shown or discussed.
AI-assisted features
AI may create text, summaries, facts, or grouping suggestions from family content. Results can be incomplete or wrong and should be reviewed. AI output does not replace the original voice recording.
Free and Family
The free level has usage limits. A Family subscription provides continuing cloud services and larger allowances. Apple displays the applicable price, currency, billing period, and renewal terms before purchase. Subscriptions renew through Apple until cancelled in Apple account settings. Deleting a Family Archive account does not cancel Apple billing.
Availability and preservation
We work to keep the service reliable but do not promise uninterrupted service or indefinite storage. Keep exports appropriate to your family’s needs. We may apply reasonable limits to protect the service and its users.
Ending use
You may export content and initiate account or archive deletion in the app. A sole archive owner must transfer ownership or delete the archive. Shared contributions are handled according to the choice shown during deletion and the final privacy policy.
